Safely download your child's learning journey, photos, and videos.
If you can't see your bookmarks bar under the web address at the top of your screen, press Ctrl + Shift + B (Windows) or Cmd + Shift + B (Mac) to show it.
Click and hold the yellow button below, drag it up to your bookmarks bar, and let go. It will create a new bookmark called "EYLog Exporter".
Go to your EYLog Parent Portal and log in. Once you are on the dashboard, click the "EYLog Exporter" bookmark you just created.
A window will pop up asking where you want to save the ZIP file on your computer. Pick a folder, click Save, and watch the progress box in the top right corner. The tool streams the photos and videos directly into the ZIP file without slowing down your computer.
